R.I.P. Deap Vally: Celebrate Their Final EP ‘(ep)ilogue’ and Music Video ‘It’s My World’

Deap Vally, the project of Lindsey Troy and Julie Edwards, is calling it quits after 13 years of making music together. Their final EP, cleverly titled “(ep)ilogue”, is out now for fans to enjoy. They leave fans with the incredible single and music video (directed by Darren Stein) for “It’s My World.” Dirty electric guitars, rock n’ roll vocals, and lyrics that bring a sense of empowerment have always been hallmarks of the band. Deap Vally gives fans more of that on this single and throughout this incredible EP. The hook goes “It’s my world, and you’re just living in it” as heavily distorted guitars swirl through the speakers. The drums pack quite the punch, giving rock fans a new anthem to obsess over. The music video is also very empowering and colorful. Deap Vally deserves all the praises they have been given over the years. Be sure to watch the music video and listen to the record on any streaming platform. R.I.P. (Rock in Peace) Deap Vally. We are excited to hear what’s next from bandmates Lindsey Troy and Julie Edwards in the future.
