Joan & The Giants have a new song out called Feels Like Heartache. It opens with ghostly acoustic guitar, then drums join and start playing. The sound grows organically in unexpected ways. I admire the vocals for creating momentum.
Feels Like Heartache revolves around longing for the person you love more than anything but knowing it’s an addiction. You have to let go in some way, even if it’s hard for you to do so. It otherwise will lead you into the depths of darkness.
