Italian artist LUPO continues to impress with TWNMAR, his second official single, a gripping alt-rock track that delves into the complexities of toxic relationships.
LUPO – TWNMAR
Originally from Italy, LUPO refined his musical talents in Los Angeles. There, he delved into Piano Performance, Composition, Theory, and Percussion, studying under the esteemed Dr. Wojciech Kocyan at Loyola Marymount University, an experience that significantly shaped his artistic foundation.
Determined to refine his craft to the highest standard, LUPO earned a degree in Music Production from UCLA, graduating in 2023. This rigorous preparation culminated in the release of his debut single, FullMetal, in August of the same year. LUPO draws inspiration from iconic bands like Daughtry, Green Day, Panic! At the Disco, Blink-182, and Fall Out Boy. His own music reflects a vibrant fusion of alternative rock’s dynamic energy with deeply heartfelt songwriting, as demonstrated in his second official release, TWNMAR (short for “two wrongs never made a right”).
For his second release, LUPO drew inspiration from the heartbreak of past relationships. Rather than succumbing to the desire for revenge—a path he recognized would lead only to regret and further pain—he channeled his experiences into a meaningful message. Through this song, he aims to offer listeners a sense of solace and encouragement, helping them navigate and escape toxic relationships that may be holding them back.
With its deeply introspective tone, TWNMAR delivers vibrantly heartfelt guitar passages and energetic drumming, capturing the raw emotions of a heart-wrenching narrative. The track’s compelling alternative rock style ensures it lingers in your mind long after listening.
