FIONA Shares New Single ‘Enough’s Enough’

Rising UK singer-songwriter FIONA makes a powerful debut with Enough’s Enough—a soul-stirring blend of pop, R&B, and jazz influences that showcases her powerhouse vocals and raw emotional storytelling. At just 18, FIONA delivers a voice rich with maturity and depth, capturing the painful tipping point before a breakup with striking honesty.

Drawing inspiration from iconic artists like Adele, Linda Ronstadt, Olivia Dean, and Stevie Nicks, FIONA seamlessly fuses classical technique with contemporary soul sensibilities, creating a sound that feels both timeless and fresh. Enough’s Enough explores the moment when love turns into a burden, capturing the emotional conflict of holding on versus letting go.

Seaking about the track, FIONA explains: “This song is about that stage before a breakup when you’re questioning if you still love someone or if you’re just staying out of habit. But their actions make loving them even harder—almost pushing you towards hate, even when you don’t want to feel that way.”

Co-written with jazz pianist Jack Noke, the track was born from the poignant lyric, “Don’t make me hate you, ‘cause loving you is painful enough.” With Jack’s haunting piano arrangement and FIONA’s emotionally charged vocals, the song unfolds like a conversation—told from her perspective yet universally relatable. Producer Philip Van Den Brandeler brings the track to life with a swelling, vulnerable soundscape that crescendos into soulful intensity, mirroring the unraveling of a love once cherished.

Currently crafting her debut EP—set for release later this year—FIONA promises a collection of songs that range from sweeping ballads to infectious pop anthems, all anchored by her unmistakable voice and heartfelt lyricism.
