Norway’s Poor Bambi is bringing high punked up energy to 2026 with “This One Is For Free” which was literally just released. This song is angry, mad, filled with rage, and dripping with authenticity. Poor Bambi’s vocals wail from the speakers with intense energy and impressive attitude. “You think you’re so tough” rings out as the hook line. After just two listens, we are definitely hooked. The guitars add their own level of chaos through experimental noise riffs and lots of fuzz. Lyrically, the song is a tribute to the British Punk scene that Poor Bambi’s lead singer, Sarah Hestness, found a home in while studying in London.
