This is a full on wall of electric guitars, massive heavy drums, and shouting vocals dripping with grit and fury, sitting squarely in the tradition of Rage Against the Machine’s political rage and System of a Down’s unhinged heaviness, with echoes of Panther Revival and Body Count running through every bone-rattling moment. The riffing is relentless and the power behind the drums is enormous, the kind of track that physically moves you whether you are ready for it or not. Thematically this song goes straight for the throat, a direct and unapologetic protest against ICE and fascism that pulls no punches and offers no apologies for its fury. In a political climate this dire, music this loud and this angry is not just welcome, it is necessary. Ramona Marx just made the anthem for the moment we are living in. Crank it up.
