Following on from the release of lead singles Loneliness and Honest Mistake in recent months, Bear’s Den have now released their eagerly-awaited EP White Magnolias, along with the focus track, Imitation. It features quiet piano melodies that guide the listener through the track. The vocals are compelling, depicting heartfelt emotion. Their uniqueness is unmatched.
Imitation describes the feelings of self-doubt and anxiety that sometimes emerge at the beginning of a new relationship. It also talks about feeling like an impostor and not being able to share your weaknesses and vulnerabilities and how that may be related to masculinity.
