The music is influenced by George Orwell’s fictional work, “1984” and recorded in Prague by the Czech National Symphony Orchestra featuring guest violinist Xander Nichting. The idea came to composer Peter Xifaras after observing recent dystopian themes infiltrating society via surveillance technology, free speech suppression, info manipulation, censorship, privacy erosion, propaganda, individuality, groupthink, and the value of truth.
