Liston shows more of himself in his debut EP, Beautiful Strangers. Here, you’ll find an eclectic mix of flavors. chiro opens the project, and it’s got some smart vocal layering and sneaky details. I love the keys that pop in. Beautiful continues the EP. It’s more down-tempo, so we can really hear how good Liston’s voice is. Things get really exciting when the drums start playing. BOA uses smooth instrumentals that pay homage to the 90s. Retro, but also refreshing. Spotlight picks up catchiness quite quickly. Its 808s and your speakers will be best friends. Oh, and I’d say the singing is sassy.
