23-year-old Stoke-based Indie rock/ indie pop artist Lissy Taylor who has links to Manchester and the USA just completed a tour supporting The View, Sea Girls and The Lottery Winners. She releases Your Girl. It’s a celebration of living a single life. Being on your own gives you the freedom to do whatever you want. Amazing, isn’t it? Sometimes, nothing can compare to that.
Your Girl has solid guitar lines. A catchy drumbeat underpins the rest of the arrangement. We love the vocal, because it has some raw edges that give the lyrics an even more powerful kick.
