Flau’jae and 2Rare (both athletes and artists) have joined forces for their newest song, “Karma.” This song is a super catchy pop song, with a quickly-paced drum beat contrasted with a laid back vocal tone. Flau’jae’s tone stays consistent, when she sings the slowly paced hook section, and even when she raps quickly. The song is an entire vibe from start to finish. The vocal delivery brings forth great emotion while remaining fun. Flau’jae’s sound is very mature for only being 19 years old. Her lyrics and vocal talents shine through throughout the song. Our favorite lyrics was “Outfit came from Virgil.” Flau’jae is also a star basketball player on the Louisiana State women’s basketball team. The song is accompanied by an incredible music video featuring neon lights, BMX stunts, and fun dancing. Flau’jae and 2Rare are both featured in the video.
