After struggling with writers block, Josh David-Read from MOJO JNR looked for solutions. And Keep It Simple grew out of it. We love everything about the song. The consistent drum patterns, for instance, lend the sound a glowing caliber. You shouldn’t forget the smart guitar riffs either, whose role is to build melody. Some minor quirks here and there round out the production’s flow.
The lyrics of Keep It Simple are about insecurities. We all have them, and we cannot simply deny what we feel, so accepting them may be the best course of action. To give your mind a break, you must keep yourself at ease.
