The multi-venue music festival Beat The Streets has announced a major wave of artists for its 2026 event, solidifying its status as a vital fixture in the city’s calendar while simultaneously celebrating a significant fundraising milestone. The popular Nottingham festival has now surpassed an astounding £554,000 raised in total for the homelessness charity Framework. This achievement is directly supporting Framework’s mission to end homelessness, with this year’s funds critically aimed at completing 20 new self-contained homes for former rough sleepers and providing comprehensive, round-the-clock support at Lee House in Basford to help residents turn their lives around.

The newly revealed lineup showcases the immense breadth of talent across the region, featuring a diverse roster of acts including Archy & the Astronauts, Archie Orme, Commons, Drury Hill, Hunch Power, Josie Beth, Louis Guy, Make Strangers, Part Time Animals, People Laughing, seegz, The Rossettis, and White Town. Among the highlighted artists are Bloodworm, a dark post-punk trio compared favourably to Bauhaus and The Cure, who are preparing for a major 17-date national tour supporting Suede. Also confirmed is R&B princess Saffron Gray, who will bring her grooves after opening this year’s Splendour Festival as a “Future Sound of Nottingham” champion.

The festival prides itself on platforming local success stories and nurturing emerging talent. This year features Bored Marsh, who recently sold out their biggest headline show at The Bodega after drawing a packed audience at the last Beat The Streets, and up-and-coming singer-songwriter Dring, whose folk and indie-inspired storytelling has already captivated audiences at Hockley Hustle. Adding a touch of nostalgic star power is music producer Jyoti Prakash Mishra, better known as White Town, the man behind the iconic 1990s number one single ‘Your Woman.’

Tickets for Beat The Streets, granting access to all participating venues throughout the entire day, are available for the recommended donation of £20, with additional donations encouraged at the time of purchase. As DHP Family’s Joseph Patten noted, the event is fundamentally about uniting the Nottingham music community for a worthy cause. Beyond ticket sales, all revenue from bar sales, merchandise, and the tombola go directly to Framework. Organisers are also preparing to launch special fundraising items, including a backstage tour of Rock City and a golden ticket to every show at the venue next year, ensuring they raise even more vital funds to support Framework’s mission.
