Fast-rising Irish four-piece Bleech 9:3 have released their new single, “Figure 8”, marking their first new music since their critically acclaimed self-titled debut EP in May 2026.
Produced by Dan Carey (Fontaines D.C., Wet Leg) and mixed by Rich Costey (Arctic Monkeys, Bruce Springsteen), “Figure 8” marks the band’s first time collaborating with both industry heavyweights. A long-time fixture of their live set, the track arrives off the back of a packed European festival run and ahead of a completely sold-out autumn UK and Ireland headline tour, which includes a date at London’s Electric Ballroom.
Offering insight into the emotional core of the new track, frontman Baz described “Figure 8” as:
“The product of crying quietly so your flatmates don’t hear you.”
Already backed heavily by BBC Radio 1 and tipped across the music press, the new release offers a first glimpse into a larger body of work as the group gear up for next week’s Irish tour dates alongside Wunderhorse.
